Cape Douglas is a low peninsula at the north end of Shelikof Strait. It shelters Sukoi Bay, a convenient anchorage with good views of Mt. Douglas, and good hiking on the flat peninsula, with no bush-whacking.
The southern half of the Entrance is encumbered by pinnacle rocks, but the northern half is clear. Head for the low neck of land on the south side, and anchor in 2 - 4m, sand.
