OCC is a multinational and multicultural organization of like-minded individuals dedicated to traversing the oceans of the world and experiencing their cultures. That poses a challenge for communications. What are some ways that we can spark conversations in multiple languages, encourage participation from many cultures and countries, and foster the community that approximates what we encounter when we are touring the world?
