We are trying to decide between Club Regatas and Yacht Port Cartagena for wintering. Club Regatas in much less expensive, apparently offers better facilities but has no physical security such as gates. More importantly to us is the reported surge that enters this harbor during some storms especially since we will wintering on board.
Could anyone who has wintered in Club Regatas or experienced the surge please report on this? Less money is great but there is a limit to the discomfort I will tolerate and the danger I will put my boat in. Thanks
