Simone and I are heading out through Panama tomorrow and will be cruising through to New Zealand by November 2012 - following pretty much the Coconut Milk Run- to Fiji at least.

Would be interested to hear from any members whose track might coincide?

Email from Brian Wallace SV Darramy:

Hola Amigos,

Well we are now stocked up with food, (enough for 4 months) and are
awaiting for a good weather forecast, to set sail to the Galapagos
Isles about 900 miles SSW and between 7 to 14 days depending on the
wind. We have to cross the ITCZ (Doldrums to us oldies).

We have applied for a permit to allow us to stay for up 8 weeks. Then
we will set off on our longest passage to the Marqueses hopefully
early April.

You can track our position and progress on Pangolin click on this link:
http://www.pangolin.co.nz/yotreps/reporter_list.php We are listed
under DARRAMY so click and see where we may be, On passage we
endeavour to update each day.

We hope to leave towards the end of this week if all goes well.

So cheers for now

Brian and Sue
