It seems to me that we're missing a 'Best Practice' paper for thoughts on how best to manage the boat while underway - in terms preparing the boat for a major voyage and then keeping the boat maintained, happy and upright and the crew happy, fed, safe and helpful. Perhaps someone would like to have a go at this?
