We bought this boat in 2014 from the original owners who kept her in Bristol condition. Since then we’ve made numerous upgrades. We’ve been living aboard since 2017.
She’s a center cockpit cutter rig with a modified full keel. She sails well and feels very safe when the weather gets rough. My wife and I sail her double handed without any problem.

Beautiful boat! The Brewer 44 was on our short list of boats to purchase when we were in the market and looking to move up from our Tartan 37. Congrats!
