We picked up our boat in France. After 3 months of lockdown, we sailed nd the Iberian Peninsula, and are now in Alcaidesa, just by Gibraltar.
We plan to cruise a bit around the Balearics, before putting the boat on the hard for the winter in Premia, about 30 miles east of Barcelona.
We are reading int the Imray Mediterranean Spain guide about Matriculation Tax, and VAT (we are US-flagged, we’ll within our 18 month stay requirements)
are we liable for a Matriculation tax?
VAT?
