Brazil and Uruguay acces in October 2020

Brazil has extended the ban on foreigners access by sea and land for a month, and more airports have been enabled for foreigners to access by air.
Foreigners who enter must have valid health insurance in Brazil, for a minimum amount of 30,000 Reais, and must cover the entire stay, for those who do not have a return ticket, 90 days of coverage are required. The insurance text must be in Portuguese or English.

Uruguay is evaluating whether it allows the entry of foreigners in the upcoming summer season, until March 2011.
