Baking with propane in the tropics makes our galley uncomfortably hot. We had toyed with the idea of an air fryer but we now think we have found the perfect alternative in the form of a solar own. Several cruisers in our cohort are using these successfully and the model will use next season will be the GoSun Fusion which has a 12volt heater in case the sun fails.
