If during your stay, there is a bulk carrier loading at the terminal almost next to the marina, and the wind moves to the east, your yacht and the whole marina will be covered in black dust.  I have just reported this (December 2015) to Noonsite, who have verified the information with the club.  For us it took 6 hours taking a water hose to the top of our mast, to remove most of the dust from our yacht, including a brand new staysail! :(</description><pubDate>Sat, 19 Dec 2015 20:43:20 GMT</pubDate><dc:creator>bobhazell</dc:creator></item></channel></rss>
