We require a fairly complicated repair to topside, involving removal of rotten timber beneath self-tacking gib rail, followed by full reinstatement. THey have the engineering capabilities, wherewithal, and staff. I don't know Hinkley, but if you go to NEB ask for Ian Mackechnie - service manager.
Both places are in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, just up the way from Newport.

Good luck with wherever you land.
