Now,  I can connect to it with my mobile phone but cannot get on to the Surface Pro. It shows me a message that my device is connected but may not be able to reach the internet.
When I press the the troubleshoot button, the tablet tells me that “your DNS server might be unavailable.
“Following a suggestion I have uninstalled a McAfee antivirus app even though I haven’t paid a subscription for years. Any help gratefully received.
