It sounds unlikely in that 5G is very low energy and range. Also, 5G aerials are commonly in close proximity to roads where, of course, gps is now very commonly used. I’m no expert though!

Dr Bradford explains the likely consequences of the FCC decision to licence Ligardo to utilise part of the MSS radio spectrum to enhance their 5G system in the USA.
