I am looking to replace a touchscreen repeater monitor for my on board computer to allow navigation software to be controlled from the cockpit. Any recommendations for a manufacture or supplier in the USA would be appreciated.

Check out the Panasonic Tough Book. They make rugged laptops and tablets for the US military. We had a touch screen tablet that repeated the main Tough book navigation system down below several years back. You can drop them, get them wet, do almost anything without breaking them.
