How do I print a membership card?

I think there should be a button at the top of your membership page. I just checked mine and I don 't have the option as it says my subscription is overdue. I will check with Rachelle.

Hi there,

The ability to print a membership card is based on your subs being paid. If you have paid then you can click on My Details and Print Membership Card. If you believe you have paid but this option is not available then please contact me and I will check your database record.

I have my card and presumably you have our money now.

I spent a long time last week (before 1st Feb) looking for the print card button. I saw the button telling me my subs were due, but took no notice as we pay by direct debit.

Unfortunate timing! But we checked into Jolly Harbour on the 31st and wanted to claim a possible discount.

Appreciate your help.

You need to login to the members section of the website. Please note this is not the same process as logging on to post in the forum.
