The customs post was moved from the Sea Terminal to Fort Konstantin, Kronshtadt 59 59.38N; 29 42.31E
According to the president`s order all the St.Petersburg yacht harbours are now open to foreign pleasure boats;
The seven yacht harbours can be visited after clearing customs. At present there are two customs posts available for pleasure boats in the eastern part of the Gulf of Finland, namely:
-Vyborg, Pier No.1 by the Old Castle;
-Fort Konstantin, Kronshtadt.

A Visa Invitation is needed to apply for your Single Tourist Visa for Kaliningrad. A Double Entry Visa is required for visiting both Kaliningrad and St.Petersburg Regions. Contact Vladimir Ivankiv for further info.

the situation with Kaliningrad is not as clear as that with St.Petersburg, Vladimir Ivankiv is willing to provide the up to date info on Kaliningrad and recommend a contact person when requested.

Pionerskiy (54°57 '·2N 20°13 '·3E). However open to foreign pleasure boats since 2000 Pionerskiy has no room for visiting boats in its very small fishing harbour.
