We crossed the Atlantic with The Jimmy Cornell Odyssey in January this year ( 2016) and apart from the World Cruising World Arc , does anyone know of any other rally organisations a) Going thru the Panama Canal or b) Perhaps USA organisations picking up in the Pacific round the world or part of it .

Also if going thru Canal independently can anyone recommend a broker there ?

We too are looking for a Pacific Rally in March or early April 2017 to cross the Pacific. I have not been able to get a hold of the OCC port officer in Panama at Shelter Bay, who should have information.
I know Latitude 38 has a yearly Pacific Puddle Jump, and there is a Pacific ARC if enough boats sign up.

What sort of broker are you looking for? If it 's about transiting the Canal, then the people at Shelter Bay Marina should be able to help.

Browsing the forum for info because S/V Detour also plans to cross the Pacific, beginning with the Panama Canal this coming Feb 2017 - would be nice to be connected with others traveling this route as we prepare and sail. I 'd joined the Pacific Puddle Jumpers two years ago (wasn 't quite ready yet when joined) and their yahoo chat group provides lots of info and chatter which I 'm now tuning into more closely.
