Hi Michael,
All following is 10 yo+ info.
We stayed at Fajardo at Marina del Ray for Christmas for 2 weeks in 2004 and found it a good place. We did not haul or have any work done. If memory serves, it was the largest at that end of the island.
Cullebra, Cullabrita, and Vieques should not be missed. All are fascinating cruising grounds, great snorkeling and worth weeks and weeks. More info if wished.
The S side of PR proved surprisingly great as cruising grounds as well. Many nice spots for nature and many nice small towns.
Good land cruising is the PR rain forest nature preserve and San Juan was very interesting.
Come back with questions.
My best, Dick Stevenson, s/v Alchemy

"Transcendence" will be in Puerto Rico in March.
Can anyone recommend a yard for hauling?
I don 't need great facilities, just a place to put her on the hard.
Any other info about sailing Puerto Rico would be appreciated.

Michael
