Hi Rafe - we cant offer crew but we are following the same route as you. Currently in La Gomera (must have just missed you today) and planning to leave for Cape Verde around 11th or 12th November, then onto Salvador late November.  Would be good to catch up if you are back in La Gomera again and compare notes.  Cheers, Rachel and Peter.
