I’m Jean, an OCC associate member and a retired engineering Instructor from the Canadian Coast Guard College, I have over 30 years experience at sea and 7 years with my sailboat. While my boat is on the hard this winter, I would like to crew on your boat for an offshore passage (possibly a qualifying voyage), meet new people and always learn from new experiences.
