What has your experience been with cooking gas in different parts of the world? In our experience, it 's hard to get consistent supplies of one type of cooking gas when cruising. I found one article about switching gas supplies when arriving in the Med.

I found this chart but not sure how current or relevant it is...

Butane/Propane Pressures (Source: Force 10 Manual)
Country   Pressure   Orifice Sizes/ By Pass
mBar   WC”   Small burner   Large burner   Broiler
NAm/UK    30 11 #77/#35    #100/#46 #68/#62
France    37   15   #71/#35    #90/#46   #142/#46
Germany    50   20   #60/#26    #80/#35    #107/#62
Worldwide 15   6   #108/#35   #142/#46   #107/#62

We 've just installed a new stove and I want to make sure we can have reliable supplies without damaging the stove. Any advice would be appreciated.
