I am looking to replace a touchscreen repeater monitor for my on board computer to allow navigation software to be controlled from the cockpit. Any recommendations for a manufacture or supplier in the USA would be appreciated.

Check out the Panasonic Tough Book. They make rugged laptops and tablets for the US military. We had a touch screen tablet that repeated the main Tough book navigation system down below several years back. You can drop them, get them wet, do almost anything without breaking them. Not cheap.
